Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Operations Manager located in Mumbai. As an Admin Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operations functions of the Branch. Your role will involve managing office resources, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, handling travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and improving administrative processes and procedures to streamline efficiency and support the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team
