Job Description
• Lead a large team of F&A professionals, and guide them towards world class accounting services delivery to meet financial needs of assigned clients
• Drive strategies for time savings, cost cutting and quality enhancement
• Plan, implement and deliver high quality, impactful analytical work products
• Maintain process documentation with timely and relevant updates
• Manage team performance and service delivery quality through regular reviews of all key metrics and conducting root cause analysis to identify issues
• Maintain a tracker for team member attendance, leaves and business continuity
• Assist with the hiring processes to select the right candidates as per team needs
• Transition and train new team members on client projects with proper governance
• Drive customized, impactful learning and development programs for the F&A team members at various levels
• Actively handle client accounts, including BAU calls and escalation management
• Take charge of team member engagement and ensure retention as per targets
• Review the overall staff performance through process KPIs, dashboards and metrics
• Maintain strict adherence to client and organizational confidentiality requirements

• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing working environments
• In depth and up to date knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
• Ability to guide team members in domain nuances through coaching
• Strong interpersonal, communication problem solving and planning skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting tools
• Flexible to work in shifts in accordance with business requirements
Qualifications
• 10 to 13 years of experience in F&A Operations
• Experience in leading a team of 20 to 25 members
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA Finance, MCom or CA Inter
