As a Brand- TCNS (W for Women) Designer, your role will involve researching trends and studying the market to understand what's next. You will be responsible for creating stories, moodboards, and color palettes that capture the brand's design philosophy. Additionally, you will develop original print designs, elements, layouts, and unusual concepts. Your creativity will be key in exploring print concepts, colors, and techniques that push boundaries while maintaining the brand's essence. You will also be involved in sourcing fabrics, trims, and materials to bring your design concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research trends and study the market for insights
- Create stories, moodboards, and color palettes
- Develop original print designs, elements, layouts, and concepts
- Explore innovative print concepts, colors, and techniques
- Source fabrics, trims, and materials
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and timelines
- Contribute to the overall collection with innovative textile inputs
Qualifications Required:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Pro-create, Canva, and AI-led design tools
- Strong foundation in prints, color, and fabrics
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent at follow-ups
- Excellent time management and collaboration skills
- Curious mindset that thrives on fresh ideas and bold experiments
