Job description
You will be working as a Freelance Tech Pack Maker for Overlays, a creative label known for redefining streetwear through unconventional design. Your role will involve creating accurate and detailed tech packs to support the design and production teams. This position is ideal for a fresher or college student looking to gain real-world experience in fashion production.

Your responsibilities will include creating structured tech packs with specifications, trims, measurements, and technical details. You will collaborate with designers to transform creative concepts into production-ready files and work closely with the sampling team for fit checks and revisions. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, proactive communication of progress, maintaining organized records, and ensuring version control will be key aspects of your role.

To be successful in this position, you should be a fashion design student or recent graduate with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (basic working knowledge is acceptable). Strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, a good understanding of garment construction and fit, and efficient multitasking and deadline management capabilities are essential for this role.,
