Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and carried out research on lending products suitable to their needs.
Analyse clients’ financial positions, presented lending options, and developed strategies aligned with their objectives.
Recommend loan structures and product combinations appropriate to individual client circumstances.
Additional Duties Include:

Arranging a variety of lending solutions including home loans, investment loans, and other finance facilities by liaising with banks, non-bank lenders, and finance companies.
Preparing and reviewing loan documentation, clearly outlining repayment terms, loan conditions, and product features.
Assessing clients’ borrowing capacities and clarifying their intentions for future financial planning.
Identifying suitable credit providers.
Assisting with the preparation and submission of loan application paperwork.
Maintaining communication with clients throughout the loan application and approval process.
Coordinating with lenders, solicitors, and settlement agents to ensure smooth and timely loan settlements.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance or related discipline)
Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
Minimum of 1 year relevant industry experience
Skills required:

Strong communication skills with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment
Solid credit assessment and credit risk evaluation skills
Conducting compliance checks in line with regulatory and internal requirements
