G M Fabrics is hiring "Assistant Manger - Accounts" for Head Office.
Job Location: Marol, Andheri E
Job Role:
1) Full Accounts Scrutiny: Oversee and manage the complete accounting cycle, from data entry and reconciliation to financial statement preparation and analysis.
o This includes:
§ Journal entries and ledger postings
§ Bank reconciliations
§ Accounts receivable and payable management
§ Inventory management
§ Payroll processing
§ Fixed asset accounting
2) Daily Basis Operations:
o Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions on a daily basis.
o Monitor cash flow and prepare daily cash flow reports.
3) Quarterly Reporting:
o Prepare and analyze quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
o Conduct variance analysis and identify any potential risks or issues.
4) Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
o Assist with audits and tax filings.
5) Internal Controls:
o Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
o Preparation of Monthly Report & Reconciliations
o Tax Assessments & Returns
o Managing cash flow and periodic cash flow reporting
o Monthly GST Payments / Returns GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B
o GST Audit
o 24Q / 27Q TDS Monitoring Quarterly TDS Returns, 26AS Reconciliations
o Monitor Vendor Payments and reconciliations
o Monitor Regular Bank Reconciliations
o Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors
o Tax Audit / Tax Planning
Education and Experience:-
- CA Inter passed or Appeared and B.COM
- 3+ Years of relevant experience in Corporate Accounting
- Working knowledge of SAP is compulsory.
