Roles & Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Responsible for managing client engagements for finance, accounting, and tax compliance.
Manage a team of 3-5 members and ensure timely deliverables to clients (Accounting of transactions, MIS & other reports) and completion of all statutory compliance (TDS, TCS, GST, Advance Tax, etc. for various client organizations).
Verification of tasks of the team members and participation in the review meetings to present/discuss all meeting’s financial performance & critical subjects.
Handle/coordinate with the audit / due diligence team for various statutory, tax, and management audits
Maintain cordial relationships with clients, deliver good quality service and ensure to attend to concerns or feedback.
Quarterly and annual closing of accounts along with variance report within target dates.
Preparation of monthly MIS reports within the target period & submission to SBU/ H.O.
Preparation of annual Capex and Revenue Budget within the target time period.
Budget vs Actuals Variance Reporting.
Contribution Analysis.
Reconciliation of all Tax Ledgers.
Accounting of customer TDS certificate and reconciliation with ledger& follow-up for certificates.
Scrutiny of Bills Receivable (Debtors) and Bills Payable (Creditors)Accounting ledgers.
Giving concurrence for payment to vendors including satellite branches under main branch control.
Review of BR’s reconciliation.
Handling of Statutory / Internal / CAG / GST and Vigilance Audit.
Debtor’s reporting and analysis are in line with Credit Policy.
Quarterly credit control report analysis &arranging for appropriate approval as per Credit Policy.
Complying with Purchase Manual / D.O.A. & other circulars guidelines as unit Finance Representative / Head & a TC member.
Fixed Assets / Stock Accounting and Physical verification.
Maintenance of Cost records and reconciling the same with accounting records if required.
Any other job assigned from time to time.
Day to Day Administration activities like, Ticket & Hotel Booking, Office Administration etc.

Competency and skill:
Excellent Interpersonal & Managerial Skills.
Excellent knowledge in accounting, preparation of financials, finalization of Accounts, and Audit management.
Excellent knowledge of Income Tax & GST laws and compliances.
Good communication skills [English - Written & Spoken compulsory]
Good knowledge of Accounting Standards / Financial Reporting.6. Good understanding of Tally / Tally Prime and any other accounting software
Qualification and Work Experience:
Post Graduate in Commerce with 10+ years of work experience
Semi-qualified CA / CMA with 2+ years of experience
Candidates with work experience in audit firms along with corporate will be preferred.
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Hookup, Data Tables, etc.)
Knowledge of Tally ERP +.0 or above is a must
Salary:
