Position: Assistant Manager – Accounts
Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years

Reporting To: Manager – Accounts
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in statutory compliances, return filing, finalization of accounts, and advanced knowledge of Excel and Tally. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in Tally.
Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements up to finalization.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain documentation related to tax filings, notices, and assessments.
Manage bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and receivables/payables.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.
Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.) for financial analysis and reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate computation of taxes and other statutory liabilities.
Keep track of updates in tax laws, GST amendments, and accounting standards.
Key Requirements:
Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA in Finance (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in a similar role handling end-to-end accounting responsibilities.
Technical Skills:
Tally ERP + / Tally Prime
Advanced Excel (mandatory)
Knowledge of statutory compliance tools and portals (GSTN, TRACES, etc.)
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving attitude and ability to meet deadlines
