We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. This role will be responsible for overseeing core finance functions, including monthly book closing, accounts payable, and direct & indirect taxation. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, leadership ability, and a proactive mindset to manage and improve financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monthly Book Closing:
• Manage accurate and timely closing of the books of accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as needed.
• Accounts Payable (AP) Management:
• Oversee end-to-end vendor payment cycle.
• Ensure timely invoice processing, reconciliations, and ledger accuracy.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to strengthen the AP process.
• Taxation (Direct & Indirect):
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file necessary returns within deadlines.
• Handle tax assessments and liaise with consultants or authorities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 3+ years
• Educational Background: CMA/CA inter/MBA
• Location: Pune (Kharadi)
