The Accounts and Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. This role involves managing financial operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with senior management.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make recommendations for improvement.
Conduct cost analysis to optimize expenses and improve cost-effectiveness.
2. Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Provide financial reports and insights to the executive team.
3. Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity needs are met.
Implement strategies to optimize cash flow, such as efficient billing and collection processes.
4. Tax Compliance, Audit and Planning:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Work with tax professionals to develop tax-efficient strategies and minimize the organization's tax liability.
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Negotiate favourable terms and contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Monitor vendor performance and payment terms.
5. Team Management:
Supervise and mentor finance and accounting team, fostering a high-performing team.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities, and ensure team members are aligned with organizational goals.

Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5-7 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g.,Excel, Tally, Zoho).
