Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Accounts Receivable & Payable, TDS working & quarterly returns, Advance tax & E-payment, GST working, Bills checking & booking, Documentation & Filing, Month/Quarter/Year End closing, Reconciliations, working knowledge of balance sheet preparation, finalization of accounts, taxation, auditing.
· Accounting knowledge pertaining to entries/JVs in books of Accounts
· The incumbent will be responsible for vouching of expenses, Debtors/ Creditors Ledgers, Vendor Payment, GST and TDS Returns, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Statutory Audits.
· Checking all accounts vouchers like purchase, sales and cash
· Handle day-to-day accounting work like payments, passing journal entries, generating accounting reports.
· To prepare independently TDS, GST, Advance Tax, Income tax working & filing of Returns, etc.
· To Assist in the finalization of accounts
· Responsible for accounts Payable and accounts Receivable ensuring analysis for outstanding balances of creditors before releasing of payment.
· Prepare and post year end journals like accrual, deferred income, amortization, reclassification & adjustment entries
· Reconcile Balance sheet control accounts, investigate issues and report / rectify the same
· Detailed Variance analysis of P & L items and reporting on the same.
· Prepare and finalise corporate tax computations and returns
· To supervise regular feedings of data from vouchers, registers and ledgers into accounting software and generate monthly and cumulative financial data and statement as per standard formats
Required Skill set
· Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience.

· High attention to details, well organized, ability to handle large volume, ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to contribute individually and collaborate in a team as necessary
