IPCO India is looking for Candidate for position of Assistant Manager : Finance & Accounts.
Preferred Candidate : Applicant should be well Qualified preferably a commerce Graduate well versed in ERP end to end operations , established payment administrations with hands on in legal and Secretarial matters .
Base Location : Pune , Maharashtra.
Profile as follows :
Verifying all purchase invoices and expenses as per PO.
Account payable with Age wise analysis.
Account Receivable with Age wise analysis also undertaking discussion regularly with Sales Team for follow up of receivables.
Bank Reconciliation.
- Expense management- Domestic as well as International ,
Preparing purchase register, sales register as required by GST Consultant.
Prepare AR Outstanding report and follow-up with sales team for payments.
Preparing data for Employees with hold and of TDS and vendors TDS.
Scrutiny of GL under Ledger accounts up to trial Balance.
Issue of Advance/ Forex to employees for International travel and its accounting.
Coordination in implementation of various tools and systems.
Coordination with Auditors and fulfil their requirements.
Ensuring smooth functioning of ERP System Infor M3.
Preparation of Data required for dashboards.
Vendor and Customer Reconciliation regularly.
Tax Audit, GST Audit Compliances Assurance.
Looking after Directors Transactions & secretarial Compliances.
Candidate should be willing to travel at customer place for reconciliation of ledgers etc.
