Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Financial reporting as par IGAAP and IndAS.
Passing voucher & Journal entries in Tally, Bank Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation of Nirmal Bang Group Companies on Quarterly Basis.
Preparation & Finalization of Business Accounts
Liaising with statutory and internal Auditor to Prepared Schedule, Report on CARO and evaluating financial Control system with view to highlight shortcomings and implementing recommendation of Auditors, reporting to RBI.
Statutory Audit & Tax Audit Checking Compliance with Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards & Companies Act norms, Drafting of Auditors Report as per the requirement CARO.
Performed Audit under the Income Tax Act & Drafting Tax Audit Report, Computation of Tax liabilities & filling of Tax returns, Tax provision and deferred tax and advance tax calculation, Online rectification request , refund reissue request, Income Tax assessment work, advising on prompt deductions of TDS compliance and filing TDS returns.
Performed Vat Audit & drafting report, Filing of MVAT, CST & Service Tax Return, Making an application for the C Form, H Form etc, Provisional Registration for GST.
Preparation of Financial statement as Per US GAAP, Resolving of an Audit queries, Reconciliation of PNL, Preparation of Roll allocation, Investor Allocation, Identifying discrepancies in the daily transactions of Funds, Preparing Ad-hoc Reports.
coordinate between the Staff and auditor.
