About Businessline/Function :

IT Continuity & Cyber-Resilience is are major topics for IT governance, aiming at mitigating the impact of potential interruptions of IT systems due to a major incident or a disaster. It describes the CIB framework and defines complementary rules driven by regulatory and managerial requirements.
Position Purpose

The CIB IT Continuity Officer (ICO) is part of the global CIB IT continuity team. The candidate would report to the global CIB ICO and provide support to CIB CISOs.

Responsibilities

The ISPL IT Continuity Cyber Program Officer is part of the ITIP ISPL IT continuity team. They have the following responsibilities:

• Within the CIB department of the BNP Paribas Group, the IT Continuity & Cyber Resilience team aims to prepare CIB IT teams for significant production incidents, such as loss of a critical application, loss of a datacenter, or even widespread cyber-attack.

• The ICRO is a member of the IT Continuity & Cyber Resilience team and works in close contact with IT Production, IT Application Development, Business Continuity, Architecture, Security and OPC teams. He also plays a coordination and support role for IT to ensure professionalization and operations of shared tools, methodologies and requirements.

• CIB Region/Business line/Territory ICROs implement, coordinate, monitor and control IT Continuity for IT assets within their entity and collaborate with the global team as well as sharing and working with other ICROs
Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Essential skills

The NAR IT Continuity Officer (ICO) is part of the ISPL IT Continuity Shared Service team. They would have the following responsibilities:

• Produce IT Continuity Cyber Program dashboard and raises awareness.

• Ensures compliance with Group and regulatory requirements pertaining to IT continuity Cyber Program.

• Gather IT continuity needs with Business Continuity Officers (BCOs).

• Consolidates and maintains the list of CIB critical IT assets, jointly with BCOs and respective IT asset owners.

• Deploys and maintains appropriate IT continuity cyber Program framework for existing IT assets and projects.

• Collect, clean and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights.

• Ensure IT Continuity data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.

• Ensure the roadmap date for cyber program exercises.

• Contribute in Datacenter Isolation drill.

• Collect, validate and store IC Plans and exercises reports.

• Prepares reporting including results from exercises and controls.

• Manages Audits and OPC control execution pertaining IT Continuity.

• Analyze data extraction and reporting processes, ensuing that for each piece of work there is a clear brief covering requirements, deliverables, timeframes, and success metrics where applicable.

• Standardize routine processes for greater consistency, efficiency, and control to deliver quality.

• Manage your workloads & deadlines in conjunction with the business’ priorities to ensure all deliverables & SLAs are met.

• You will take ownership of your own personal development plan; working with your direct line manager to ensure your development goals are set, monitored and the appropriate training & development put in place.

Useful skills

• Knowledge of Cyber Program & IT Continuity principles (Disaster Recovery, IT Resilience) and IT architecture setup (Compute, Middleware, Network).

• Knowledge of the banking industry and CIB activities (Financial Markets, Corporate Finance)

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written.

• Excellent analytical skills, able to take on complex analysis and provide thoughtful solutions.

• Good on risk management principles (risk analysis, risk acceptance, exception request, remediation plan,…).

• Knowledge of Service Now,Excel and Power BI is a plus
