• 5-8 year relevant experience. Should have BPO (third party vendor) exposure of at least 2 years.
• Proven people management skills.
• Functional / domain knowledge of F&A processes
• Good analytical skills and experience on process simplification transformation
Primary responsibilities:
a) Manage team and take Operations Manager responsibilities on a need basisb) Act as single point of contact for client (for Operational issues)c) Train team members on various processes and domain related requirementsd) Identify and execute transformation projectse) Act as a knowledge manager (Documentation, updating, version control)f) Ensure quality of the deliverables PTP
• Manage delivery of AP services as per the agreement with client
• First level escalation for client process owners/Infosys AP team
• Review of payment proposal and provide list of large payments
• Deploy and monitor process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives
• Identify transformational initiatives
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs
• Track service level metrics OTC
