Birla Open Minds is seeking Assistant Manager – School Account professionals from the education industry the ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and technical know-how about the said role
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Preparation of monthly MIS reports from tally (Cash Flow, Income and expenditure a/c., etc.)
Ø Preparation of Annual budget, Monthly Budget
Ø Scrutiny of books of accounts in ERP and tally
Ø Finalization of books of accounts and closure of books of accounts
Ø Liasioning with Internal and statutory auditors
Ø Maintenance of proper documents and records
Ø Must have dealt with School Budget,PL,Balance Sheets
Ø Preparation and scrutiny of Bank transaction & Bank reconciliation.
Ø Fund Flow /Cash flow statements.
Ø Compliance with Statutory Payments.
Ø Thorough in Accounts, finance, Audit and taxation.
Ø Overlook entire Accounts for the center
Ø Candidates should have Good Communication skills, Good in Prioritizing and Time Management.
Requirements:
Ø 5 + Years Of Experience required
Ø Experience in school accounts, MCB, bookkeeping preferred
Ø Male candidates are preferred
Ø Should be presentable
Ø Experience in education industry preferable
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
