Job Purpose- Ensuring 100% compliances of Direct and Indirect Tax. Effective record maintenance for Audit/Assessments. Managing and tracking various Litigations and refund with follow ups .
Key Responsibilities-:
Income tax Return filing - • Preparation of income tax Return and getting it filed.
TDS Return and filing - • Review of TDS working, payments and return filing
Tax Audit - • Reviewing the details prepared by team and resolve the queries and complete tax audit within due date .
Transfer Pricing audit -• To review the details of TP Audit workings prepared by team and resolve the queries and complete transfer pricing audit within due date .
Advance Tax & Deferred Tax - • Calculation of Advance tax and Deferred Tax working
Fixed Assets and Depreciation - • Review of of monthly depreciation working for the MIS & Financial Audit • Reviewing documentation of all Fixed Assets and maintaining for audit & internal control • Adhering Company Law and Income Tax – for sale of assets .
Litigation - • To handle Income Tax matters, TDS matters, Service Tax matters, GST matters and other statutory matters with Assessing Officer, ITAT & Income Tax Commissioner
GST Return Filing & ISD Return - • Checking of details for filing GSTR monthly return for all states. • Follow up with GST Consultant for filing the returns within due date. • Reviewing GSTR 2A Reconciliation and follow up with vendors and ensure no credit loss to the company. • Ensure all tax related GL reconciled. • Ensuring the Return is filed within Due Date.
GST Audit - • Ensuring GST Audit completion before due date & Resolution of all the GST Related Queries on time.
Guidance/Support to Team - • Guiding Team members on the various tasks - Initiating an open environment so that they can feel free to approach - Helping them to ensure correctness of the transactions/bookings done by them - Aiding them with any reconciliations - Regular monitoring of any tasks & ensuring a logical end for the same - Ensuring that the transactions are audit compliance • Improving & trying to formulate processes
Tasks given by Managers - • Ensuring completion of tasks given by Managers as per the time frame & processes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
