Requirements:
1. Candidate should be a qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant.
2. Should have atleast 3 years experience in Indirect Taxation.
Roles:
1. Assist in Corporate Tax Planning & Advisory for strategic issues and complex tax matters, both in India and Internationally.
2. Computation of annual total Income & filing Income Tax Returns of all the entities in India
3. Assist in Manage the overall taxation compliance for international geographies from an organization standpoint and highlight key issue/ changes in law to management from time to time on key tax related areas
4. S/He will be responsible for filing Return of Income in overseas jurisdictions in which the organization operates
5. Deal with international taxation like Indian Withholding Tax, Double Taxation Treaty Network
6. Computation of Income Tax provisions and Deferred Tax effects on monthly & quarterly basis for financial planning
7. Quarterly computation and payment of Advance taxes & replying to the notices issued for advance tax estimation figures along with the justifications, to the Tax authorities.
8. Completion of Tax audit under Income Tax laws and the miscellaneous work relating to timely completion of such annual audit compliances.
+. Compiling the reports, documents, etc. required for timely and effective completion of Scrutiny Assessment/Appellate proceedings under Income Tax law.
10. Replying to the notices issued and other related queries of Income Tax authorities.
11. Preparation of MIS for Statutory dues and reporting the same to the Management.
12. Monthly calculation of TDS dues and timely payment of the same to the Government Treasuries.
13. Preparation & Filing of quarterly TDS statements
14. Replying to TDS related notices/queries from TDS department.
15. Filing GST returns as per law
16. Monthly calculation of GST Tax dues & timely payment execution of the same
