Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Preparing and sharing multiple Standard and Customized MISs for Distributors to be sent on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly frequency • Manage end to end process for Broker Code change, which involves handling instructions received from RM, DRM, end client, execute the instruction, provide mail responses and Que management on CRM • Working with System Development Team to automate MIS’s and creating various online MIS Platform for the Relationship Manager, Other Back-office Employees, and Onboarding / Customer Service Team • Engage with RM / DRM and end client to address the Queries raised by them over Call or Emails • Preparation and pushout of Sales, AUM, Revenue, Profit & Loss MISs as per pre-defined frequencies • Preparing the Daily, Weekly, and monthly MIS and identifying the reasons for deviations from the Annual Business Plans. • Co-ordinating with Operations team on ongoing basis to understand the Logic’s, availability of data from System basis which MIS’s will be prepared • Open to handle any incremental responsibilities around New MIS’s, Client Centric Process Functional Skills Required: • Graduate, postgraduate, or MBA with five to ten years of experience handling a similar function in PMS, Banking, or Mutual Funds • Strong and comprehensive MS Excel proficiency • Excellent communication and analytical skills
