Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate projects. The role involves coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of real estate construction projects
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, architects, and consultants
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and daily site activities
• Track project costs, budgets, and material consumption
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety norms
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS
• Support procurement planning and vendor coordination
• Attend site meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Identify risks, delays, and issues and report to Project Manager
