Job Description
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have three to seven years’ experience practicing commercial real estate law.
This is a tremendous opportunity to join a world-class team of professionals, working with a collegial and collaborative team at an established Canadian law firm.
You will be focusing on:
Taking a lead role and working with clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.
Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, financing documents and a wide range of other documents.
Working with partners and other practice groups as part of the team on complex real estate transactions.
What you bring to the role:
3-7 years’ experience gained within a reputable practice with significant exposure to a range of commercial real estate matters.
Excellent client service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities.
Willingness to take initiative
