Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
• This is a high impact & critical role within the Finance team, which entails components of accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement & Finance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, Procurement & Finance infrastructure
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements & reports
• Establish and monitor the KPIs and SLAs on the A/R and A/P process
• Oversee the Fixed assets process including review of FAR, monthly depreciation runs, supporting physical verification and ensuring accurate reporting in the financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Run the Payroll process
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Enable controls to have “Zero” non-compliances on regulatory matters.
• Understand and oversee the Special Economic Zone compliance.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Requirements and skills:
• Proven working experience in Finance operations
• Chartered accountant with 10-15 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with creating financial statements
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year end close process
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
