Finance Controllership Associate
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• The Allocation Management will run the MRA OFSAA allocation processes and reporting jobs as directed by management.
• This job is responsible for preparing OFSAA Allocation rules , preaparing drivers data, driver mangement, Liaison with Business/BFO/Controller and participating in closing processes of Acutual, Budget and Forecast cycle.
• Under moderate supervision, this job performs a variety of activities in OFSAA, DRM, HFM and Essbase cubes.This job will be Supporting Expense bill and P&L reporting.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred

• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

General Purpose: The person will support accounting and finance by performing Vendor invoice payment processing, Interaction with vendors and business for query resolution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receipt of vendor invoice and Maintaining Invoice tracker
• Review & checking of Invoices along with the supporting documents
• Processing and accounting of vendor Invoices
• Ensuring TDS & GST compliance related to vendor
• Interaction and Query resolution with the vendor
• Timely payment to vendor
• Resolving queries related to vendor payment
• Ensuring proper control & compliances related to vendor payment
• Supplier reconciliation
• Preparation of MIS & Account payable Dashboards
• Assistance in audit
Desired Qualifications:
• Education and Experience: B com/M com/CA Inter with 4-5 years of experience knowledge of the Accounts payable with good communication and presentation skills.
Good to have Prior experience of PeopleSoft
