• *Position Overview**
The Assistant General Manager Finance (AGM Finance) is a senior executive role responsible for the overall financial health, governance, and strategic direction of the organization. This position oversees all aspects of financial management including accounting, treasury, taxation, risk, compliance, and investor relations. The AGM Finance ensures that financial strategies support sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value creation.

Leadership**
• Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate vision and business objectives.
• Partner with the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Drive initiatives for cost optimization, capital efficiency, and profitability enhancement.

Financial
Planning & Analysis (FP&A)**
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Conduct scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and business case evaluations.
• Provide timely and accurate management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance.
• *3. Accounting & Reporting**
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IND AS.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and external assurance processes.
• *4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management**
• Manage working capital, liquidity, and cash flow to support operational needs.
• Optimize capital structure, debt financing, and investment strategies.
• Maintain strong banking and investor relationships.
• *5. Taxation & Compliance**
• Ensure compliance with Secretarial regulations.
• Oversee tax planning, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and government authorities.
• *6. Risk Management & Governance**
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish robust internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and ethical practices.

• *Qualifications**
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of experience
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, taxation, treasury, and risk management.
• Proven track record in managing multi-location finance operations.
• Experience in ERP systems and advanced financial analytics tools.
