About the Role:

The firm is seeking an Associate Level Interior Designer to lead a team in the design and delivery of high-end hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and high-calibre professional with a passion for challenges and superior organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the interior design team, ensuring high standards in the delivery of hospitality projects.
Manage project timelines, resources, and client expectations.
Maintain a hands-on approach to the design process across all stages of the project.
Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure the vision and goals of projects are met.
Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of working on large-scale and/or complex projects.
Exceptional design skills, with a strong portfolio in hospitality or similar sectors.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying ideas and concepts clearly to clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to solving problems and identifying key issues.
Must demonstrate accountability and ownership of projects, being a supportive and positive team player.
Permanent residency with strong command over written and verbal communication.
