Qualifications
The ideal candidate is savvy with the design and execution of social media strategies and content; professionally experienced with corporate and large-scale events; familiar with the US education system, ideally computer science and tech ed; and holds a passion for corporate responsibility
2+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, nonprofit management or Corporate Social Responsibility
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders
Excellent writing, graphic design skills and experience managing agency/vendors
Proven ability to develop and implement communications strategies with measurable results
Proven track record in delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines; and multitasking in projects with competing deadlines
Excellent professional writing skills with both print and online communications, including reports, publications, press releases, leadership communications etc
Ideally have graphic design skills
Knowledge of Canva/Adobe Design suite and PowerPoint a must
Strong knowledge with social media marketing, familiar with different techniques to drive engagement and measure campaign success
Experience leading awareness campaigns
Self-starter, ability to complete tasks independently and collaborate with team members
Familiarity with US education system, ESG, social impact, and have strong interest in computer science/tech/STEM education and the role of corporate responsibility

Responsibilities
Branding: Responsible for the overall image and brand of Infosys Foundation USA, including appropriate use of Foundation logo, images, key messages, visual identity, consistent application of style and design
Ensure all Foundation partners and grantees use our logos and name properly; and speak about us properly
Communications Strategies: Set clear goals for measurable communications outcomes and strategies to achieve impact (i.e
number of new accounts created on the Infosys Springboard USA digital learning platform; the number of educators and students reached through Foundation programs; the number of Infosys volunteers engaged in various events etc.). Define communications and outreach strategies, key audience, messaging, channels etc
Produce materials that convey complex issues in simple words, and easily digestible formats for different audiences
Social media, email, digital marketing: Manage Foundation’s social media presence, including consistent forward-thinking, design and placement
Maintain the social media calendar; liaise with Foundation partners/grantees and Infosys Marketing/PR to ensure all messages are approved and amplified
Public Relations: Work with Infosys PR and corporate marketing team internally as well as all grantees and partners
Prepare press releases and any media inquiries
Production of all materials and assets: Manage high-quality marketing/communications materials from start to finish, including newsletters, annual reports, promotional flyers, pitch decks, videos, marketing emails, and overall maintenance of the Infosys Foundation USA website
Events Management: Manage Foundation’s participation in various internal, client-sponsored and partner-led events
Prepare promotional materials for exhibition booths
Relationship Management: Maintain current and deep understanding of Foundation’s stakeholders, partners, and audiences
Proactively manage relationships with existing partners and cultivate new relationships with potential partners

Infosys Foundation USA is the nonprofit private foundation of Infosys Ltd., leading the US corporate social responsibility commitments. The Foundation’s mission is to expand inclusive computer science and maker education to K-12+ students and educators across the United States, with a specific focus on increasing access to digital skills for all learners, particularly within underrepresented communities.

We are looking for an Associate Marketing Executive (Communications Associate) (events, social media and marketing) to help promote the Foundation and our mission on social media and to elevate the brand at external events and community engagement programs. The ideal candidate is savvy with the design and execution of social media strategies and content; professionally experienced with corporate and large-scale events; familiar with the US education system, ideally computer science and tech ed; and holds a passion for corporate responsibility.

Responsibilities may include a mix of the following:

Qualifications
• BA degree required; MA in Communications or Business, Non-Profit Management or Sustainability preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in communications, marketing, nonprofit management or Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent writing, graphic design skills and experience managing agency/vendors.
• Proven ability to develop and implement communications strategies with measurable results.
