Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and verify daily Bank reports.
2. Prepare daily journal entries.
3. Working with spread sheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
4. Preparing statutory accounts (Form filling, payments, uploading documents, visiting offices, Monthly Tax payment (PF,ESIC,PT)
5. Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
6. Manage petty cash transaction
7. Controlling credit and chasing debit
8. Outstanding preparation on weekly basis for customers
+. Compliance working & payments GST/TDS etc.
10. Daily Bank reconciliation.
11. Handling various Accounts Audits
12. Other work assigned by Director
13. Excellent in Microsoft Excel & Tally ERP PRIME
14. Stock Statement preparation
15. Coordinating with Auditors (CA Team)
16. Should have knowledge of Working Capital, Term Loan etc.
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in Manufacturing Industry.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 0+.00 am to 05.30 pm
Candidate should have excellent communications & well versed in English.
Preferably Male, candidate staying in nearby locality would be given first preference.
