Job Description
Job location is between Andheri to Vikhroli.
Posting of documents in ERP System for all required transactions including Purchase Invoice (Vendor Invoice), Transfer Order Posting, Sales Invoice Posting, Generation of GST e-Invoice and e-Waybill
· Experience in handling bank documentation relating to trade finance,
· Bank transactions posting to system and Bank Reconciliation on Daily Basis
· Maintain tracker for trade transactions.
· Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
· Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
· Track day to day GST entries, prepare monthly GST Data and file applicable GST Return accurately on timely manner.
· Timely submission of accurate reports to the management
· Reconciliation of Ledger Accounts
· Preparation of required schedules as required for audit purposes and for internal controls.
· Any other task/activity assigned by manager/management
Skills required:
Knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word
Good understanding of accounting principles
Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
§ Working with ERP System (preferably MS Navision).
a) Qualifications- B.Com./M.Com
b) Work Experience- 4 - 5 years’ experience preferably in a trading company
c)Package- Attractive salary having strong skills and experience
