What will your typical day look like?

Collaborating with a number of teams across elements of learning, including:
AAQR learning stream
A&A Leadership & learning team
SMEs: ESG, ASAE, Accounting Technical, Transformation
Learning stream of the audit quality plan
Leading the delivery of aspects of the audit curriculum across 2,000 audit practitioners:
These are based in milestone learning programs designed globally and deployed locally
Collaborating with the business, and leading all learning aspects, on the various audit behaviour change initiatives including liaising with Talent.
Continuously learning and enhancing an understanding of latest trends, techniques and technology in the field of training and liaise with Global learning to keep yourself abreast of global best practices.
Upskilling facilitators (Train-the-Trainer sessions, Content Briefings, etc)
Facilitation of programs where needed along with other skilled facilitators.

Responsibilities:
Delivering and monitoring of the following:
Annual Audit learning curriculum by milestone program
Australian overlay of Globally mandated audit learning
Monitoring administrative tasks performed by the A&A Leadership & Learning team which include:
Assignment and completion monitoring of learning obligations
Calendarising the learning curriculum and creating invites for participants and facilitators (including facilitator briefings)

Monitoring additional processes:
Evaluation of the success of the various learning programs and keeping key management stakeholders informed of training impact and effectiveness using data, metrics and insights to continuously improve quality and eventually close the skills and capability gaps of our people
Assessment of Facilitator quality and opportunities for upskilling

Supporting the production of training material:
Supplementation to Global content
Local content – both digital and facilitator-led including: slides, storyboards and scripts

You are someone at the Manager level with:
Experience with learning (e.g. an experienced facilitator)
A genuine passion for learning so that others are better equipped to reach their fullest potential
An eagerness to understand adult learning principles to design effective local content
Great communication skills and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at senior levels.
A problem solver and critical thinker dedicated to continuous improvement.
