Job Title: Commercial Audit Manager
Summary:
A highly skilled and experienced audit manager with a strong background in commercial auditing is required to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS, with a proven track record of conducting financial statements audits and leading teams of accounting and auditing experts.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting financial statements audits in conformity with US GAAP and US GAAS
• Leading a team of accounting and auditing experts
• Performing independent research on accounting and auditing topics
• Building working relationships with peers, supervisors, and colleagues
• Preparing and presenting audit reports and disclosures
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in US GAAP and GAAS
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or other qualified professionals in the accounting and tax fields
• Knowledge of Caseware and Caseview preferred
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Industry experience in general commercial, preferably with construction industry experience and a background in reviews and compilations
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
