Audit Manager/Senior Manager looking for partnership
Central Houston | Independent CPA Firm
An established, independent accounting firm in Central Houston is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager who is ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to partnership.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage audits for privately held businesses and high-net-worth clients
Oversee engagement teams and mentor staff
Build client relationships and contribute to business development
Ensure quality control and compliance across engagements
Collaborate with firm leadership on strategy and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
CPA required
10–20 years of public accounting audit experience
Background in private client services or closely held businesses preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in firm ownership
