We are currently hiring for following position with reputed insurance broking company in Mumbai.
Position: Back Office Operations -
Location: Lower Parel
Desired Profile: Graduate with min 4 years relevant experience in insurance company.
Job Profile: Responsible for end-to-end back-office support for insurance claims, ensuring accurate documentation, timely coordination with insurers, and smooth operational execution. Key Responsibilities
Handle complete claims documentation (health / motor / general insurance as applicable)
Verify claim forms, policy details, endorsements, and supporting documents
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, surveyors, and internal teams
Track claim status and follow up for approvals, queries, and settlements
Resolve documentation discrepancies and insurer queries promptly
Send timely reminders for renewals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
