About the Role
This is an opportunity to join the integrated staff bank covering New Craigs Hospital as a Band 3 HCSW across all ward areas, particularly where there are shortages.
• Choose when, where, and how often you work
• Plan shifts up to six weeks in advance
• Pick up additional shifts, even at very short notice
• Claim paid annual leave
• Claim payment for statutory & mandatory training opportunities
Flexible working through NHS Highland's staff bank offers short-term, flexible shifts, days, nights, weekends, and twilight shifts. Shifts range from 12.5 hours to shorter 6-hour shifts, accommodating various commitments such as childcare, studying, or caring responsibilities.
Working Arrangements
Suitable applicants will be required to attend an interview in person, held at New Craigs Hospital, Inverness. Bank hours for this post will also be worked at New Craigs Hospital, Inverness.
