Role & Responsibilities
1.Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
2.Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
3.Prepare & process subcontractor bills.
4.Enter measurements in internal database.
5.Check measurements, if needed.
6.Get work done as per the company protocol.
7.Follow up with accounts department for payment.
8.Prepare reconciliation statements for estimates vs actuals.
+.Confirm accuracy of quantities from site team.
10.Check accuracy and certify bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
