Billing Specialist
Location - Mumbai
Official Work Hours: 1 PM to + PM IST (Mon -Fri). You will be working with the UK team, so these hours will reflect this.
We are looking for a billings specialist to join our established Finance team based in Mumbai. The role ensures error free and timely accounting of Sales Orders for regions (subsidiaries) of the group. The role also covered matters like sales invoices, collections etc.
Role Responsbility:
Ensuring error free and timely recording of Sales Orders (IOs received from customers)
• Review of Sales Orders inputted by sellers and co-ordinating to get those aligned as per the IO's
• Continuously Improving Systems and Processes
• Bringing about Automation in processes
• Create and update SOP documents and process flows
• Manage MIS and documentation for audit purpose
• Other tasks (including Sales Invoicing, Collections) and Projects and Finance related responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
• Bcom / Graduate Mcom / MBA or other finance professional qualification
• Ideally 2 years+ of experience in Sales Orders, Invoicing, Receivables.
• Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of Zoho or any other CRM tools would be an added advantage
