Body Corporate Manager | High-Service Agency | Up to $120k Package + Comms + WFH Options

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded firm known for delivering transparent, value-driven and relationship-led body corporate services across the Gold Coast. With a strong reputation for being friendly, honest and solutions-focused, they continue to win new business and are now looking to appoint an experienced Strata Manager to their team.
The Role
This is a portfolio-based role managing a mix of residential and some commercial schemes. You will be responsible for delivering proactive, compliant and high-touch service to committees and owners.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end management of a strata portfolio
Chairing AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
Budgeting, financial reporting and levy management
Overseeing maintenance, contractor engagement and capital works
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and by-laws
Building strong relationships with committees, owners and stakeholders
You’ll be supported by an experienced team and systems, allowing you to focus on client relationships and service delivery.
About You
Previous experience as a Strata / Body Corporate Manager
Strong knowledge of QLD legislation (BCCM Act)
Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Solutions-driven and proactive in your approach
