What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, BAS, and payroll tax.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain financial health.
Collaborate with management to optimise financial processes and controls.
Collaborate closely with crucial management personnel
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry and accounting experience in this field is preferred.
Strong knowledge (preferred) of accounting software Xero and MS Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle tasks on time.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to make informed decisions.
