Accounts Payable:
Invoices, verify payment, and enter GL codes and payment information then submit for approval.
After invoices are approved, enter invoices in Mas+0.
Maintain receipts for office credit cards, and reconcile monthly bill.
Reconcile payroll taxes, 401K contributions and loan payments, Verizon bills and Wright Express.
Create Purchase Order request; monitor the PO request email box.
Accounts Receivable:
Prepare checks for deposit.
Accounts Receivable (Collections).
Back Up:
ARKUPS Office Set up new vendors in Mas+0.
Contact vendors for repairs (i.
e.
plumbing, electrical, office equipment).
Order office supplies.
Other:
Reconcile all bank accounts, GL accounts to Trial Balance monthly.
Monthly Journal Entries.
Track all Use Tax and provide to CFO annually.
Provide and assist in gathering information for audits.
Make hotel reservations for all employees and submit per diem request.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
Skills:
Must have Accounting / Business degree or relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years.
Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize.
Must have knowledge of general office duties (i.
e.
faxing, postage, filing, data entry).
Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Software.
Ability to learn software:
Mas+0.
Must have good communication skills:
People skills Physical Abilities:
Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and stand.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
