Roles and Responsibilities
• Should be able to handle all the payroll activities
• Generate invoices, maintain records and prepare reports as per management requirements
• Timely follow up on Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile and organize QuickBooks journal entries
• Ensure client gets timely and accurate billing information
• Report on processing and billing metrics
• Prepare quarterly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes
• Resolve any discrepancies in financial statements errors, sales tax issues, unsolved A/P and A/R, payroll issues, and 3rd party integrations questions
• Act as a point of contact between internal departments and accounting. Serving as a liaison between accounting and external parties, including clients, suppliers, and lenders
Requirements
• Should be an expert in QuickBooks Online & Desktop, tax returns and claiming refunds
• Working knowledge of tax and regulations in US
• Good understanding of financial statistics and US accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving, and math skills
