Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in a search for a devoted Bookkeeper Staff Accountant near Westmont, IL. Our client is in the distribution industry, and they are in need of a highly motivated Bookkeeper Staff Accountant to join their team immediately. Our client has experienced tremendous growth throughout the last year, and they are looking to bring on an ambitious Bookkeeper Staff Accountant who is looking to grow with them. This Bookkeeper Staff Accountant will be hired on a temporary to basis and are growing as a whole.
Bookkeeper Staff Accountant Role and Responsibilities:
50% of your time will be spent on AP/AR duties
Perform bank account reconciliations
Post journal entries
Prepare financial statements
Run and send out multiple reports
Make daily deposits
Invoice entries and communicating to vendors and suppliers
Bookkeeper Staff Accountant Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
4+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
Intermediate Excel skills, Pivot Tables and Vlookups are a plus
Quickbooks Enterprise is preferred or having a large ERP system background
Bachelor Degree for Accounting or Finance
