Job Description
We are a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm with a strong professional presence, expanding our operations by establishing a new branch in Calicut. We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Chartered Accountant to take charge as the Branch Head. The ideal candidate should have a flair for independent practice, a deep understanding of professional ethics, and a long-term vision to grow with the firm.
Responsibilities: Set up and lead the operations of the proposed Calicut branch.
Handle client relationship management, business development, and networking.
Independently manage audits, tax advisory, compliance, and other core services.
Build and lead a team of associates
and trainees.
Coordinate with the central leadership team to align branch goals with firm objectives.
Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Desired Profile: Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in practice (either independent or with a CA firm) preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capabilities.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of branch performance.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Calicut.

This is a long-term leadership role. The right candidate will be groomed and considered for partnership in the Calicut branch, based on performance, commitment, and business growth.
