Job Description
We are looking for an Mumbai Branch Manager that will handle the following :
Internal Sales process and balanced distribution of Customers among Sales Team Members
Achievement of Sales targets and Market Coverage Consistent achievement of Allocations on Services Ensuring proper
Cargo Mix to help improve utilization's
Ensure compliance and Monitoring of Internal Tracking CRM tools to measure effective Sales Performance
Effective liaising with Terminal/CFS/Customs and other authorities for effective Operations
Ensure proper equipment balance available at all locations for catering to export requirement & follow up with logistics team for the entire process of reporting’s/updation’s /MNR control etc
Ensure correct documentation process is being followed by the department for smoothing functioning of export BL releases & Import DO releases. Replying to all queries by department personals related to all documentation queries on time
Control on Debtors and with Proper Credit controls
Effective Branch Function and Control with Compliance to Policies & Guidelines of the company
Effective cost control by proper negotiation done with vendors
Effective Co-ordination with Overseas offices, colleagues, vendors & other associates for better co-ordination and maintaining good & effective relationship both internally & externally.

Ensure timelines are met by all departments on reporting structures
Overseeing Smooth commercial functions by achieving the targets as per goals set
Effective control on Receivables for good cash flow
Requirements:
You will need to have :
Graduate / MBA with 5-8 years of experience of managing a branch
Experience into Logistics Sales
Graduate/MBA
Good Market Knowledge about the location stationed and handled.
Excellent communication skills
