About us:

We here at NZBG pride ourselves on being a “one stop shop” for construction. From General Labourers to Project Managers, we employ them all!

We have a strong team of over 400 full time employees covering from Whangarei to Christchurch.

We have opened a branch in Tauranga and are quickly making a name for ourselves in the Bay. Getting in early gives you the chance to prove yourself and move up the ranks of a high quality construction business.

What we can offer you:

$30 - $45 per hour on wages and a fair rate appraisal during interview to determine where you sit in that pay range.
Weekly Pay – on time, every week
Holiday Pay, Sick Pay and fuel reimbursement on jobs outside the Tauranga area.
Annual Pay Reviews
Work alongside a skilled team of tradesmen
All safety gear provided
Feel proud knowing you work for a registered Master Builder
Excellent variety of work available
The satisfaction of knowing that the hard work that you are doing is contributing & helping you progress in your career
Security - None of our Tradesmen work less than a full week unless they choose to


Our requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in your trade
Full set of basic hand tools and minimum nail gun, skilly, sabre saw, drill set
Your own reliable transport and driving licence
Excellent work ethics, communication and reliability
Must be a team player and work well within a diverse team
Be willing to travel within the Bay of Plenty Region
Available for a minimum 40 hours per week
