About The Role
Are you a commercially minded Business Analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insight?
APG is seeking a Business Analyst to lead reporting and analytics projects, own our business data structure, and support ongoing improvements across our core business systems.
This is a whole-of-business role partnering with Operations, Sales, Product, Pricing & Performance, Finance, People & Culture, and IT to deliver accurate insights, structured data governance, and practical system enhancements.
You will:
Develop dashboards, reports and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making
Build forecasting and analytical models to improve sales planning and operational efficiency
Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
Maintain and improve business data structures, definitions, and governance standards
Identify and resolve data quality issues across systems
Support system enhancements, upgrades and integration projects as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement across APG systems.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems and data support accurate reporting, strong governance, and smarter business decisions.
About You:
You will bring:
Experience in Business Analysis, reporting, or system improvement initiatives
Strong understanding of data structures, reporting frameworks and master data governance.
Experience working with ERP or operational systems.
Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
Advanced Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar)
