Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing business development plans, identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.
Qualifications
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Deep understanding of the financial industry, especially non-banking financial companies (NBFCs)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and execute detailed business plans
• A strategic and analytical mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development in the financial industry is preferred
• Experience in the automotive or real estate industry is a plus
