We are looking for a proficient Chartered Accountant (CA) to take on pivotal position in our Business Finance team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in
shaping our financial strategies and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities
will include analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance
with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance financial performance.
2. Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
3. Take a significant part in financial forecasting and planning initiatives, actively monitoring the business's progress and identifying and addressing variances from set goals.
4. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Controllership teams to integrate financial insights into overall business strategies.
5. Generate comprehensive financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
6. Strong fundamental knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Audit & Statutory compliances, to support Controllership team for Annual/Internal Audits and Due Diligence.
Requirements:
1. CA with 1-3 years of relevant experience in business finance or financial
analysis.
2. Proficient in financial modelling and forecasting to support strategic decision-
making.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex financial
concepts to diverse stakeholders.
4. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI is a plus.
5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently and as part
of a team.
6. Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
