We're seeking detail-oriented Business Finance Associates to support financial planning and control.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain Business P&L statements
• Manage project-level P&L and ensure cost and revenue alignment
• Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare MIS reports for management review
• Track project costs, margins, and profitability metrics
• Support financial analysis to aid business decision-making
Required Skills & Competencies
• Zoho Finance basics
• MIS reporting – intermediate proficiency
• Business P&L understanding
• Project-level P&L experience
• Knowledge of project budgeting and cost tracking
• Good Excel skills (formulas, pivots)
