Your key responsibilities
• Regular update of high-quality management reports
• Consolidate & analyze required data
• Working on Management decks
• Support of monthly cost and FTE forecast exercise
• Support of annual planning exercise
• Processing of relevant ad-hoc research / analysis enquiries
• Representation within the team
• Participate in collaborative initiatives with the team and stakeholder to continually simplify, improve and add value to existing business processes
Your skills and experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience in collating, analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources
• Hands on experience in working on management presentations
• Quick learner with high degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Proficiently in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Highly motivated, managing priorities and delivery within agreed deadlines
• Able to work with a high degree of independence individually and as part of a team
• Experience with financial management a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate positive working relationships
• Good communication skills, fluent in written and verbal English
