Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Representative role based in Central Delhi. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding and addressing their needs, and promoting company services. Key responsibilities include creating and delivering sales presentations, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing client requirements, and offering training sessions to educate clients about the company's offerings. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction is a critical component of this position.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions
Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
Customer service expertise to provide excellent support and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in sales and training with the ability to promote services and deliver informative sessions
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in facility management or business strategy roles is a plus
