Article Responsibilities:
1. Filing Returns under various statues (I.T. Return , TDS Return, PT Return, ROC Returns & GST Returns)
2. Filing rectification applications (including refund follow-up and cancellation of erroneous demands)
3. Filing application u/s 1+5 , 1+7
4. Advance Tax Calculations
5. Assessment Proceedings
6. Applying for registration PAN Card , Company Formation, GST registration, Import Export Code Licenses, PT Registration, Bank Account Opening
7. Conducting Statutory, Tax Audits & Transfer Pricing Audits
8. Filling appeals before CIT and Follow up for order giving effect to appellate orders
+. Maintenance of books of accounts
10. Taxation advisory services (Direct Taxes + International Taxation)
11. Advisory services on FEMA / RBI matters
12. Handling Company Law Matters (Board Minutes , ROC Forms)
13. Assistance in payment of taxes to clients
14. Valuation , Due Diligence Report
15. Filling of FLA Forms (RBI)
16. Filling of Form 15 CA CB
17. Liaisoning work for FDI & Share Capital @ India
18. Payroll Accounting for clientele
